Remember there are certain habits, which can keep your skin lovely with a glowing look, and the best way to start is using the following tips:

  1. Find specific care for your skin type. Even if there are many skincare products out there, you should not grab just about any you find on the shelves or browse in online stores. Look for products, like a Dr Oz cream, which will work for your skin type. So in short, look for products specifically formulated and designed for it.
  2. Don’t forget moisturizing – another essential part of a skincare routine. There are good beauty creams, which can provide your skin with moisturization and nourishment that can keep it looking younger for a longer time by locking in moisture and drawing water in the cells.  Specifically, apply it in the morning after the shower and at night after cleansing your face and before going to bed.
  3. Know the sensitive skin areas. There are some parts of your face, which are extra sensitive than other parts are, and some of these include your lips and eye contour. They have fine skin, which are thinner than skin in other areas of your face. Pay attention to these areas and buy specific products for them as well. [For example, your eye skin is a risk area. It is 10 times finer than skin in other areas, so find a specific eye cream, not the one you’re using for your face].
  4. Include exfoliation in your skincare routine. When creating a skincare regimen, don’t forget exfoliation, which must be done up to twice per week.  However, select a pH-neutral product, which is effective yet purifying and smoothing – and it can keep your skin’s natural balance.
  5. Always stick with gentle cleansing. As you may know, one of the best ways to take care of your skin is makeup removal by cleansing. Never sleep with makeup on. Or else, your face will absorb all the chemicals in those cosmetics, not mentioning the pollution, dirt and excess oil, which can trigger breakouts and accelerate aging. Also, makeup removal, aside from using a good balancing anti aging cream, helps in restoring the natural balance in your skin.
  6. Always wear sunscreen with SPF30 or higher for ample protection against the sun’s harmful UV rays. Choose a product that also offers coverage for both UVA and UVB for complete coverage. Reapply it every two hours if you’re outdoors or if you’re more active.
